Terms And Condition Zex International

Welcome to Zex International. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our courier and cargo services, as well as your interactions with our website and customer support. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Service Scope

Zex International provides international courier and cargo export services originating from Pakistan. We specialize in air and sea freight, delivering to countries including the UK, USA, UAE, Canada, and Australia. We do not offer domestic or import services at this time.

2. Shipment Acceptance & Limitations

All shipments must be properly declared and packaged by the sender. We reserve the right to refuse any shipment that is prohibited, improperly packaged, declared hazardous, or violates international shipping laws. Customers must ensure shipments comply with customs and export regulations of Pakistan and the destination country.

3. Prohibited Items

The following are strictly prohibited from shipment: Illegal drugs or substances Explosives and flammable materials Perishable goods without prior agreement Live animals or insects Currency, precious metals, or jewelry (without proper documentation) Counterfeit or pirated goods

4. Shipment Handling & Liability

Zex International handles every shipment with care and diligence, but liability for loss or damage is limited as per international logistics standards. In case of damage or delay caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, war, customs hold-ups), we will not be held responsible. Insurance coverage is optional and must be requested by the customer prior to shipment.

5. Delays

For international shipments, Zex International will make every effort to ensure timely delivery. However, delays caused by customs processing, incorrect recipient information, flight schedules, or uncontrollable events are beyond our liability.
6. Return & Refund Policy

6.1 Return Shipments:

If a shipment is undeliverable due to incorrect recipient details, customs refusal, or failure to collect, Zex International may return the parcel to the sender at the sender’s cost. In some cases, return shipments may be held for up to 60 days. If not claimed, the goods may be disposed of or auctioned.

6.2 Refunds:

Refunds are only issued if Zex International fails to ship a parcel due to operational error or service cancellation before pickup. Once a parcel is dispatched, refunds are not applicable unless covered under a separate insurance agreement. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 working days via the original payment method.

7. Warehousing & Holding Policy

Zex International does not provide warehousing services by default. Temporary holding of uncollected or undelivered parcels may be arranged, but surcharges apply. Unclaimed parcels beyond 60 days may be liquidated unless prior arrangements are made.
8. Claims Process

All claims for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). Supporting documents including proof of value and photographic evidence may be required. We may take up to 30 days to review and resolve a claim.
9. User Conduct & Website Usage

Users must not misuse our website or services for illegal activities. Unauthorized access, tampering with shipping data, or using our systems to mislead customs or authorities is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
10. Amendments to Terms

Zex International reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts located in Karachi, Pakistan.
